Mohammed Milad
Mohammed R Milad is currently an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard
Medical School and Director of the Behavioral Neuroscience Lab at MGH. Currently, Dr. Milad employs a multimodal approach using PET, fMRI, and psychophysiology in
humans and neuropharmacology and molecular tools in rodents to examine the neural correlates of fear extinction. Some of the research questions/areas he is interested in include examining the functional integrity of the fear extinction network across psychiatric disorders and examining the influence of sex hormones on fear extinction.
